On it's third year, Vista Mall Santa Rosa (Laguna) opened it's first, interactive, indoor playground, the Kinder City. I have been to other indoor play grounds within Laguna, but I should say that my hat's off to Vista Mall Kinder City! They used quality materials and it really ignites children's imaginations!

Don't feel like running around after your little one? Also no problem as the Kinder City has it's own cafe! You can snack and lounge around until your child's time is up!
Kinder City charges Php250.00 per hour, Php350.00 for two (2) hours and Php400.00 for three (3) hours.
Take note of some admission guidelines.
Food and drinks are likewise not allowed inside the play area, this is to prevent spillage that would cause accidents and/or would make the area dirty and bring in unwanted "guests."

The minds behind the Kinder City made sure that kids of all ages would have a place to go. Little, more fragile children would definitely enjoy tumbling around the ball pits, and running inside the playground maze. Their guardians would definitely find themselves panting for air for every child will not pass off experiencing the slides, inflatables and the mini football and basket ball field!

Last Jan. 1, 2020, i brought my 4 year old niece to kinder city in vista mall santa rosa laguna. It was already 8pm when we arrived & my niece was so excited to get inside but it took us 15minutes to find my brother who will accompany my niece inside. my sister in-law was 2nd in line & the 2 tellers were both busy entertaining the 1st in-line inquiring about a party venue. after 15mins. the guy teller asked my sister in-law to register at the side to fill-up the registration form. She lined-up again at the back of the previous 1st in line customer. Another 20minutes had passed as it almost 9p.m. when i approached the girl teller to pls assists 1st my sister in-law as it was almost 9pm & we were left with an hour as the mall closes at 10p.m. The girl teller said they were still entertaining the 1st customer. Upset, bec. they were 2 & suggested that 1 teller entertains my sister in-law 1st as my niece was waiting for 1 hour already. Suddenly when they saw my niece wearing sandals, the girl teller suddenly said she cannot allow her as she should be on socks. it was already 9pm & we cant get a sock for her. She was hanging around on their site for an hour. She cried so loud. The girl teller said it was written on their registration board. We checked where it was written, only to find out that it was written at the bottom of some long rulings in small letters. Their prices were written on big bold letters on a separate board & never was written about the socks. It was a pity that my niece wasnt able to enter considering that it will be her 1st time to play on such as she was just on holiday vacation with us & she came all the way from Dumarao, Capiz.
ReplyDeleteWho were to blame? the customer or the management? your tellers must be properly oriented to explain things to the customers & not just rely on whether the customers can read the rulings properly. & in this kind of situation, i suggests that kinder city sells socks ready for use.
